We live in a digital world — the average UK adult spends over 5 hours a day on their phone. In 2021, that was 3 hours 25 minutes. So, why shouldn’t your business be right there in your customers’ hands?

Our journey started when our founder, Henry, was working in London’s software industry. He noticed a shift: people were using their phones for everything — from hiring staff to ordering dinner. That insight sparked an idea.

Back home, his family’s grain business, Dewing Grain, was still handling most customer interactions the old-fashioned way. So Henry built them an app — a simple, powerful tool that gave farmers real-time access to prices, contracts, and essential updates in one place.

The impact was immediate: less time on the phone, happier customers, modern & improved business.

From there, we realised this wasn’t just a grain industry issue. Builders' merchants, breweries, wholesalers, and foodservice companies were all facing the same problems — clunky ordering processes, overwhelmed teams, and outdated customer experiences.
